Dilute in cold or hot milk (not boiling). Disolve in 150ml of milk for a thick drink, or 200ml for a thinner texture. Stir until smooth.
Cereal'Nut HP + biscuit: add 5–6 level spoonfuls (50g)
Cereal'Nut HP + sweetened biscuit: add 7 level spoonfuls (50g)
Cereal'Nut HP + honey / praline / forest fruits: add 6–7 level spoonfuls (50g).
