This product is designed to thicken water or food. It is recommended for dysphagia sufferers (difficulties in swallowing). It can also be added to fruit or vegetable purées (raw or cooked), minced dishes and drinks (water, fruit juice, tea, coffee).
Thickens water to grades 1–3, according to dosage.
