Based on xanthan gum, Hydra’Clear is salivary amylase resistant. Its firm texture is stable and does not break down in the mouth, to prevent wrong ways. Enables the reconstitution of jellied waters from grade 1 to 4, depending on the volume of water.

Pour slowly and gradually the necessary quantity of powder in water and use a shaker or stir with a whisk for 1 minute.You can reconstitute the product in a glass with a spoon or even a fork. Let sit for at least 5minutes to obtain the desired grade. Add more or less water depending on the desired texture. Pour in cups. The jellied water is ready for consumption. In case of preparation in advance, store in a refrigerator. One box will yield 11L to 50L depending on the desired grade.
